Senior Week.. Up Up and Awaaaaaaay!

So I'm sitting here in an ordinary computer lab on an ordinary rainy Thursday morning.. in a superhero costume. Yes folks, I am Wit Man, and this is the 4th day of Senior Week! Sitting next to me is the lovely Miss Cristal, dressed as a ballerina. Today is 10 Year Reunion Day, and our class is made up of everything from doctors and politicians, to nuns, slackers, and Foodtown employees. Who knows what the future will hold if we're the future ;)
But anywho, I am a superhero, because, to be quite honest, I don't know what I want to be in 10 years. I hope to be a journalist, but there's not really a 'journalist uniform.' So I decided that whatever I do, I want to make someone's life better every day. And what better way than to be a superhero! Hopefully my future job will not include spandex or stockings, which I am wearing now and happen to be very itchy.

Anywho, Monday was Decade Day, in which we all wore garb from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and even some from the 20s and 30s. I was a hippie, complete with tie dye shirt, braids in my hair, and a peace sign on my face. Tuesday was Costume Day, since it was Halloween. Some of the best costumes I saw were: a Hooters girl (oddly worn by a male), bumble bees, dancing elephants, Oompa Loompas, and more. I was a pirate, just like every year. Wednesday was Superhero Day, which I unfortunately could not attend due to a cold but I'm sure everyone looked just super! (You knew the bad pun was coming, come on). So I decided to wear my superhero outfit today rather than come in my regular clothes. And then tomorrow is South Senior Spirit Day! Our class t-shirts are awesome, complete with an Indian riding a motorcycle. Pretty spiffy, I must say.

I dunno, today is making me really ponder what I'd like to do with my life. Journalism is probably the way I want to go, but I mean, I'm hoping I don't go to school for it and then end up working for the APP or some local newspaper. I want to work for a magazine, my dream being Rolling Stone. But it's pretty hard to get a job, and even harder to find a job where you make good money. I was thinking maybe I could be a French intetpreter. Or maybe even do something with advertising or marketing. But I dunno. I just don't wanna be a teacher (no offense, Mrs. M!) It's just not the job for me, even though my mom is one.

Well I'lll end this rant. TTFN kids
